In Tradeco’s offices, there is not only intense and efficient work, but there are also moments for celebration.
Recently it was the birthday of Coco Guo, co-director of our Shanghai’s office, and the team wanted to celebrate it together.
The famous Chinese singer and actor Jeffery G has made a live broadcast of his promotion and sale of chocolate bars of Chocolates Lacasa. Within 5 minutes of the broadcast, 650 boxes of tablets were sold.
The live transmission (live streaming), through online channels, of product promotions carried out by influencers is, for a long time, a system increasingly used in China by brands to increase sales and increase their recognition by of consumers.
On December 24th and 25th -working days in China- and taking advantage of Christmas days, Tradeco-China’s team held some team building sessions.
Commercial work is usually associated with individual work, but at Tradeco we are convinced that a cohesive team achieves results that are difficult to achieve individually.
In China, Christmas does not have a great tradition, but there is a great gift tradition. To celebrate this Christmas, Tradeco China’s team has sent our Chinese clients some personalized gift boxes, with special wines from the wineries we work with (Fariña, CARM and Cillar de Silos). The reception has been very good.
Prestige de Bourgogne (PDB) has been very active during the CIIE (China International Import Expo) fair.
Among other activities, a signing ceremony of a strategic collaboration agreement between PDB (Cacao de Bourgone – Lacasa Group) and a large importer has taken place. It is an importer of well-known brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Illy, Perrier, TimTam, Lu, Jibabee, Taylors, Kjeldsens, and St. Michael.
At the end of 2020 we have held a meeting with the main importer of Carmencita to analyze the annual commercial results. It was a tripartite meeting partially by videoconference, with the assistants of the importer and Tradeco at the importer’s facilities in China and those of Carmencita in Spain.
Fariña, CARM and Cillar de Silos wineries have participated in the Prowine China 2020 international fair. Our partners shared a presence in a 27 m2 stand, presenting their products during the 3 days of the fair.
This is China’s largest fair for wine and spirits. In addition to facilitating the creation of high-quality contacts between producers, importers, distributors and experts in the sector, it allows to know the situation of the international and local market.
Several members of Tradeco’s team have given support to the wineries during these days.
