When we started working with Chocolates Lacasa their products were already present in China. Our objective was to increase the number of customers, improve their profile and boost sales.
From day one, the whole team of Chocolates Lacasa has been totally committed with this project. The Export team, the Factory Directorate and the General Manager. As a result, we have been able to achieve our three objectives.
As an initial strategy, we distributed the portfolio among several first level importers and we have achieved significantly higher sales to those that existed a few years ago.
Although at present we already have an established network of importers, we continue to reach new agreements to produce for the importer’s brand and to develop new markets such as Hong Kong.
